The more nationalities the better. At Ferring we seem to take the best of each culture - it gives a lot of great input and makes you remember that we are working for a global market.

We produce drugs that ease diseases!

Small but powerful.

We have a size that doesn't make you feel like just one of many, but still we have the resources (people and money) to do the big and fun jobs.

We have the freedom to focus on the tasks that develop our procedures/ways of working. In the long run it pays off.

I look ahead and automate a lot of tasks.
