About Ferring:
How would you describe Ferring as a workplace?
A nice environment with a lot of nice and skilled colleagues.
How would you describe the culture?
Multicultural.
How is the social life at Ferring?
There are a lot of ways you could interact with your colleagues if you wish to do so, e.g. Art Club, Ferring Singers, Ferring Gourmet Club and also football.
How do you like working across cultures? (Ferring has 25 different nationalities)
Fine, I work every day primarily with my Swedish colleagues, and we share many common interests, but do also maintain our regional "differences". I find a multicultural environment like that in Ferring very stimulating, and also find that it more than reflects the surroundings in which we live. In this case Ferring is upfront.
How does Ferring make a difference for our society and the rest of the world?
Because we offer medicine on the body's own terms, which obviously should have some benefits compared to many synthetic drugs.
How would you like to describe Ferring with three words?
Dedication, professionalism and humanism.
Why exactly these three words?
Because we are dedicated and professional people, working toward a common goal. The humanistic side has to do with the "culture" and the Ferring Philosophy.
Personal questions:
What makes you smile when you think about Ferring?
A good stimulating working environment, that also encourages and appraises good performance.
What makes a difference for you in your worklife?
The freedom to work and plan the work independently within certain given frames.
How does the Ferring Philosophy effect your daily working life?
Really not that much - it's essentially just common sense what's stated in the Ferring Philosophy. But I oftentimes look at the Ferring Philosophy.
What do you think about Ferring's benefits?
Competitive with others in the business.
Briefly describe a moment when you felt success in your work?
I have small succeses every day. For instance if I terminate a study or find a solution to an analytical problem.
