What are the main responsibilities in your job?
Developing and improving analytical methods/platforms for quantitative analysis of drug compounds in biological samples. Responsible for software associated to the mass spectrometers within bioanalysis.

How do you like working across cultures? (Ferring has 25 different nationalities)
I primarily can relate to the Danish/Swedish "cross culture" and it is interesting to learn about difference (and similarities) in traditions, language and history.
How would you like to describe Ferring with three words?
Social, Encouraging (Ferring encourage you attend courses etc. to be up to date with knowledge within your area), Friendly (I never felt as welcome to any job as I did at Ferring).
