How would you describe the culture?
It is by true means a multinational culture, in IPC and also because of the nature of my work involves interaction across all Ferring offices worldwide, and meeting with my international colleagues minimum 2 times a year.
How is the social life at Ferring?
Very rich, many departmental and cross departmental social clubs e.g: Gourmet club, Cake club, Birthday club, Ferring singers, Football club, Knitting club......
How do you like working across cultures? (Ferring has 25 different nationalities)
It is a tremendous experience of working with so many different nationalities in one building, this diversity definitely contributes positively not only to Ferring, but also boosts and polishes ones inter- and intrapersonal skills and competencies.
How does Ferring make a difference for our society and the rest of the world?
Ferring is engaged in the development and provision very specialised products , which improve ones quality of life like our urology products & fertility products. In addition to this Ferring is involved in life saving cancer products, paediatric products targeted to children (our future). Ferring is a R&D based company investing heavily in all areas to develop new products and improve the existing port folio.
Secondly Ferring has provided employment to many, people which means a lot in the developing and third world countries.

Rich, Reliable & Robust.
Why exactly these three words?
Rich; because of the multinational diversity. Robust; because Ferring has a financial trading system which is effective under different markets and different market conditions. Reliable; because providing safe products to the human kind (customers) and providing value to all the other stakeholders.

What makes you smile when you think about Ferring?
That I am a part of this revolutionary organisation, and that I share an association with all its products.
What makes a difference for you in your worklife?
The feeling that I am contributing to Ferring's success, and that I help/have helped my colleagues in one way or another.
How does the Ferring Philosophy effect your daily working life?
I think FP summarizes the rights and duties (expectations/obligations) of all involved stakeholders in a very nice manner, and is a reminder of the same, in case of any doubts.
What do you think about Ferring's benefits?
Among others, being a mother of 2 small boys and living in Hillerød, I really am obliged and thankful for the possibility of "flextime" we have at Ferring. Secondly, the reimbursement policy of the fitness charges is also a great initiative from Ferring.
Briefly describe a moment when you felt success in your work?
After taking care of the whole Middle East area (23 countries) for 1 year, the results I generated in terms of no. of submissions and approvals, surpassing the GRAB goal for the year, and finally the comments and feedback I got from my director in IPC(Ferring Dialogue) and director of Middle East region, made me feel that I have succeeded so far at Ferring.

The wide and international network I have with my colleagues, independence at work (with agreed limits with my director), freedom of speech, and stimulating work environment.

In every mail I write and every sentence I speak, during the course of my work I consider myself (and also act like) an ambassador of Ferring, and try to create as much value for the company as possible.
