Organisation
The Board of Directors consists of Frederik Paulsen, Pascal Danglas, and Ole Kjerulf-Jensen.
A new management structure in IPC was introduced in 2005 to emphasise a functional organisation operating in accordance with generally recognised principles of good corporate governance.
The management of day-to-day business is adapted to the needs of the Ferring Research and Development company, and the Executive Management team is constituted as follows:
